By submitting this order, I represent that the declared Fair Market Value of each book is my good-faith estimate of its value when grading is complete. I acknowledge that final valuation is determined by CGC, and that undervalued books may be subject to processing delays, reassignment to a higher fee tier, and reduced insurance coverage. Compensation for any loss or damage will not exceed the declared value. Any resulting fee adjustments will be invoiced to me, and adjusted books must be paid in full before they are returned. Books not paid in full, including any adjustments, within 90 days after services are completed, or not collected within 90 days after being made available for pickup, will be considered abandoned property and become the sole property of Quigley's Comics, unless an agreement has been made in writing between the owner and Quigley's Comics.
